Withdrawal of Course Registration
- The learner may withdraw the course registration before the commencement of the instruction.
- If the learner meets all the conditions listed below, they can withdraw the course registration within 7 days from the date of receiving the course certificate (or from the commencement of instruction if the certificate is not issued):
- The instruction period is more than 2 months, and
- The total amount of tuition and fees exceeds 100,000 won (however, in the case of payment by credit card, it must exceed 200,000 won),
- The learner has divided the tuition and fees into three or more installments.
- If the learner withdraws the course registration before the commencement of instruction, the learner must return the course certificate to the academy, and the academy will promptly refund the following amounts to the learner:
- The full amount of tuition paid by the learner (hereinafter referred to as 'prepaid tuition').
- If the learner has paid for textbooks or practical materials, the full amount of textbook or practical material fees. However, the academy will not refund the cost of textbooks or materials that the learner has not returned or has damaged.
- If the learner withdraws the course registration after the commencement of instruction, the academy must return the course certificate, and the academy will promptly refund the following amounts to the learner: 1.
Prepaid quantity fee in full - Prepaid quantity fee in full × Number of instructional hours until withdrawal Total number of instructional hours
- If the learner has paid for textbooks, the textbook fee. However, the academy will not refund the cost of textbooks that the learner has not returned or has damaged.
- If the learner has paid for practical materials, the full amount of practical material fees (if practical training has not been performed), or the cost of materials for the portion where practical training has not been performed (if practical training has been partially completed). However, the academy will not refund the cost of materials that the learner has not returned or has damaged. Cancellation of Contract
- If the learner is unable to continue the course due to administrative measures against the academy (cancellation of authorization/registration, temporary suspension of instruction, etc.), the academy's relocation, closure, or for reasons attributable to the academy, or if the contract is terminated due to changes in the class hours or instructor as stipulated in Article 7, Paragraph 3, or Article 8, Paragraph 2, the learner must return the course certificate to the academy, and the academy will promptly refund the following amounts to the learner: 1.
Full amount of prepaid quantity fee - Full amount of prepaid quantity fee × Number of instructional hours until the occurrence of the reason or termination Total number of instructional hours
- Textbook fees and practical material fees as stipulated in Article 10, Paragraph 4, Items 2 and 3.
- If the learner expresses the intention to forfeit the course due to their own reasons such as illness, change of residence, travel, etc., the learner must return the course certificate to the academy, and the academy will promptly refund the following amounts to the learner: 1.
Full amount of prepaid quantity fee - Full amount of prepaid quantity fee × Number of instructional months until the expression of the intention to forfeit Total number of instructional hours
- Practical material fees as stipulated in Article 10, Paragraph 4, Item 3. Contract Termination
- The learner may terminate the contract if any of the following reasons apply:
- Conclusion of the contract based on false facts or false advertising, etc.
- Instruction exceeding the capacity
- Instruction by an unqualified or insufficiently qualified instructor
- False announcement or excessive collection of tuition and fees
- Other unfair instruction to the extent that it significantly hinders the learner's course participation.
- If the learner terminates the contract under the reasons listed in Paragraph 1 (excluding the reason in Item 4) and returns the course certificate, the academy will promptly refund the following amounts to the learner:
- The full amount of prepaid tuition (in cases where the contract was terminated immediately after knowing the reason) or the following amount (in cases where the learner continued the course despite knowing the reason and then terminated the contract):

Full amount of prepaid quantity fee - Full amount of prepaid quantity fee × Number of instructional hours until termination Total number of instructional hours
- Textbook fees and practical material fees as stipulated in Article 10, Paragraph 4, Items 2 and 3.
- If the learner terminates the contract under the reason in Paragraph 1, Item 4 (false announcement or excessive collection of tuition and fees), the academy will promptly refund the following amounts to the learner:
- If the learner terminated the contract immediately after knowing the reason:
Full amount of prepaid tuition, excluding legitimate textbook fees, and legitimate practical material fees for the part where practical training was conducted, and legitimate practical material fees for the part where practical training was not conducted.
However, "legitimate textbook fees" will be deducted only if the learner fails to return or damages the textbooks. 2. If the learner terminated the contract after knowing the reason: The amount calculated under the provisions of Item 1 above, plus the following amount deducted again:
Full amount of legitimate tuition × Number of instructional hours until termination Total number of instructional hours
